XLR8 Tier 1: A-list Interviews will provide the following services to stream line your candidate applications:
- A-list Interviews approved job ad
- Post job ad to appropriate job boards for your open position
- Review and screen job application requests to provide you with candidates for your interviewing program
- Personalized responses to each applicant
XLR8 Tier 2: A-list Interviews will provide all components included in XLR8 Tier 1 as well as:
- Schedule candidates for interviews on behalf of the client
- Send confirmation emails to candidates for interview time, location and instructions
- Send rejection emails to those candidates not chosen to move to the next stage

XLR8 Tier 1 - $750 for Director level and above; $995 for general staff, administrators and sales representatives.***
XLR8 Tier 2 – $1200 for Director level and above; $1495 for general staff, administrators and sales representatives. This level also includes one free hour with Beth Smith, interviewing coach, for advanced interview tips.***
